my first MA project exploring post-industrial landscapes through 35mm black and white documentary photography. focusing on local spaces connected to industry, labour, and community, the work documents urban decay and the closure of the NGC. photographed during a period of growing political tension and economic uncertainty, the images examine how decline, identity, and social atmosphere become embedded within everyday environments.
